James Otto the Sunset Man

This is a country sensational artist! James Otto also, a member of the "MuzikMafia" is unique & very talented! The first song I ever sang to my wife was "Just Got Started Lovin' You" & it has continued to grow stronger. This hub is dedicated to her & James Otto....

Brief History:

• Member of "MuzikMafia"
• He opened for Shania Twain on her "Up! Tour" in 2004.
• James was signed with "Mercury Nashville Records" in 2002 but was released in 2004.
• He co-wrote songs for "Cowboy Troy" & sang background vocals on 2 of Cowboy Troy's albums.
• Warner Bros. Records signed him on in 2007 & BAM! He hit a first single hit song "Just Got Started Lovin' You" on his 2nd album the "Sunset Man" & off to the spotlight.

Facts:

• "Jay DeMarcus" of "Rascal Flatts" is James Otto's brother-in-law. Jay & "John Rich" co-produced the "Sunset Album."
• The new "Atlanta Braves" song "The Braves Play Here" was commisioned for James Otto to perform the new theme song.
• "Jamey Johnson" hit song "In Color" was co-wrote by James Otto, Jamey Johnson, & Lee Thomas Miller.
• James Otto has 3 albums titled, "Days of Our Lives", "Sunset Man", & "James Otto." I encourage you to check them all out. Great Stuff!
• He was born on July 29, 1973 in Washington State at Fort Lewis Army Base. I guess I have 2 things in common with James. I was born at an Army Base in Cristobal, Panama Canal Zone. I'm sure he makes the natives of Washington state very proud!
• He plays the violin, saxophone, & guitar.
• James Otto served 2 years in the United States Navy.
• He has been living in Nashville, TN since 1998.
